Neal David Sutz was born on September 16, 1970, in NYC, to an American father, Richard Kenneth Sutz, and a Swiss-Italian mother, Liliana Jose Therese Krummenacher Sutz. Both of his parents, now deceased, met while Neal's father was #2 at Grumman (now Northrup Grumman) in Geneva, Switzerland, in charge of selling military equipment, military planes and military technology products to the Middle East. By the time Neal was ten years old, his family had moved from NYC to Arizona, to Washington, D.C. and to, then, finally, back to Arizona, with his parents having been divorced in 1977. Neal's 25+ year, late step-mother, Dorothy "Wink" Dameron Blair Sutz, with whom Neal shared a special relationship, was a brilliant writer, PR specialist and had a fascinating career and family, having been born in Louisiana and being a part of the very large, Dameron/Claiborne/Boggs family. Neal went off on his own, at 17 years old, to travel the USA and then began his career as a writer, having published his first book, "All Together Now - A Book of Children's Poems For Everyone," in 1993, while living in Las Vegas. That small book was the first book, by a, "non-Degreed" Author to be used in the Clark County School System as an educational tool to assist young students to learn to use their minds and their hearts, versus using violence to solve their challenges in life. While traveling the world for more than 10 years, based out of Arizona, Neal wrote numerous books, both for children and adults, finally achieving Best-Seller status with his 2003 publication of, "Kick It With Gusto! - A Practical Guide to Living Through Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar Disorder," and then went on to make a major Documentary Film, entitled, "To Life," as well as a Biographical Film, "Human Like You." That book, as well as his two films, were based on his own experience having experienced and fully recovered from medication-induced bipolar II disorder, from which he has had no symptoms for nearly 20 years. Neal studied to be a paralegal and was literally booted out of his Paralegal School in Arizona by one of his law professors, in 2004, when she told him, "A formal degree and your even becoming a Bar-Certified Attorney is not your path, Neal. Go out there and get justice!"

It was then that Neal's formal status as an advocate for those challenged with mental disabilities when he sued Dr. Phil, Oprah Winfrey, Paramount, et al, in a groundbreaking Americans With Disabilities Act lawsuit and, as described above, came out victorious in achieving the goal of that widely-publicized and highly-controversial lawsuit. When Neal was 39, at the absolute height of his career as an author, film maker and public speaker and advocate for the rights of those with mental, personality and emotional challenges that, through a colleague, he met his late wife, Cortnie. Within 3 weeks after their marriage, with Neal having proposed to Cortnie on the lawn in front of the LDS Temple in Mesa, Arizona, "suddenly" his business in selling his books and films, as well as his secondary business, which was selling generic .COM domain names, something he had done since 1998 as a means to support himself while writing his books and making his films, literally crashed into nothing.

From living in an exclusive neighborhood in Gilbert, Arizona, which he acquired for his new family - Cortnie, Neal's first son who was just 5 weeks old when Cortnie and Neal met, and what they were hoping would be a family with many children - Neal's businesses went from generating significant income to nearly nothing. In short, Neal's late wife's family had become aware that Neal was given the, "True Story" of who her family was, who her stepfather was, the financial crimes and those related to decades of sexual abuse and incest in that family. As a result, through a documented, strategic methodology, Cortnie's family succeeding in Neal, his wife, and their two sons, Skyler, being the youngest, born in 2014, living on social aide, SNAP and getting financial assistance from their local Bishop in Gilbert at the LDS Meeting House. Finally, in 2017, upon the discovery of the infamous child exploitation video of their young nephew, Austin, in which he is being molested in a bathtub by Cortnie's stepfather, with Cortnie's biological mother filming the video, and Cortnie's and Neal's subsequent turning over of that video to the Arizona Authorities, that their little family of 4, with Cortnie having just gotten pregnant for the third time, were immediately retaliated against and made their plans to take refuge in Geneva, Switzerland.

Less than 4 weeks after their arrival, after a catastrophic attempt by Cortnie at a double suicide, with their youngest son, then 3 years old, nearly succeeding in jumping from the balcony of the 8 Story Residence where Geneva Social Aide has temporarily placed Neal's family upon their arrival, Cortnie was urgently hospitalized and their sons were both, within days after that event, seized without reason by the Geneva's Child Protective Services. The book, free to download on this website, "SOS - Scream of Silence - A Father's Unfathomable Story To Save His Sons," originally written in French by a former Swiss banker and then translated by Neal into English, tells the story of the first 2 years of The Sutz Family Nightmare that their life became, when all Cortnie and Neal had wanted to do upon taking asylum in Geneva was remarry, protect their sons and start a new life together, far away from Cortnie's large and powerful family, based out of Arizona and Utah. For more than 6 years, Neal fought the Swiss Judicial System, all the way to their Supreme Court, and eventually to the International Criminal Court, was detained by the Swiss Police over 84 times for speaking out for his sons' freedom and return to him and made the decision to leave Switzerland, for what he thought would just be a month or two, to blow the whistle on their family's nightmare in Geneva.

However, contrary to all truth and evidence, that being Neal's proven sanity (having been testified as sane and a capable and loving father by 6 psychiatrists in over 800 hours of visits during that time), as well as the original allegations against Neal of having neglected his children and had a parental conflict with his now late wife, Neal was accused of and charged with, in the Geneva Court system, of having violated laws of exposing the undeniable and graphic truth of what happened to his family, the abuse against his two sons during their detainment in Geneva, the truth behind Cortnie's horrific death after she returned to Arizona, due to Stockholm Syndrome, and so much more, Neal travelled to more than 7 Countries, including back to The USA, seeking help from American Government Officials and speaking loudly in the media, both MSM and social media. To this day, nearly 3 years since he left Switzerland, Neal has not been able to return to Switzerland, as false charges have been filed against him, some of his own past lawyers have been exposed as having taken money from Cortnie's birth family in Arizona, his life has been threatened by persons associated with the US Federal Government for speaking out regarding the US Embassy's collusion in the original seizure of Neal's sons, and the Swiss Government has not allowed Neal to have contact with his youngest son, while Neal, as recent as March of 2025, was able to arrange only 2, brief conversations with his oldest son, via a cellphone that Neal had smuggled into Switzerland, so that his two sons would know, despite the lies they were and are continuing to be told, that their Dad had not abandoned them.

Neal is nothing less than a warrior for the rights of children and families and will never rest until justice and transparency are opened up and achieved.

While some may think that Neal's Campaign is either a gimmick, a self-promoting tool, or any other such thing, focused solely on CPS and his family, while reading his current, 21-Point Political Platform, taking part in his Campaign's Online Town Halls and soon-to-being, in-person events, and by watching the many MSM and social media interviews that Neal will be doing regarding his Candidacy, anyone, on any side of the political spectrum will understand that there has never been an Independent Candidate for U.S. President who has either began his Campaign so early, let alone dedicated himself and his life to assuring that SUTZ For President 2028, achieves more exposure and higher numbers than any any, "outsider" Campaign in this history of the Foundation of The USA.
