Direct Family Assistance VS Governmental Kidnapping and Trafficking
---
The first day in Office, I will issue an Executive Order to implement a mandatory, nationwide, multi-partisan audit of the US Federal Child and Family Services (CFS), as well as of all US State Divisions of Child Protective Services (CPS, DCFS, DCS, etc), including Washington, D.C. aka the District of Columbia.
This audit will ensure that children's rights, parents' rights, and family rights are prioritized before all else.
This Executive Order will absolutely guarantee that only children who are undeniably, evidence-based (as opposed to opinion-based or financial-incentive-based) as being severely neglected, abused, or mistreated will be removed from their families.
Additionally, we will mandate that each State's Division of Child Protective Services and Each State's, numerous family courts (including those Family Court that are within a County's or State's Civil Court System) are held fully accountable to federal, judicial, and regulatory standards.
We will establish a combined private-public organization in each US State with the legal authority to question, audit, and review ALL CASES involving a child's removal from their family of origin, i.e. birth family.
Furthermore, we will direct Federal and State funding towards supporting families within their homes before considering any form of child removal, except in the cases of documented and proven form of abuse, exploitation, neglect, alleged parental conflict or sexual abuse of any kind.
This includes providing financial assistance, personal support, and psychological counseling to parents, whether single or in couples, with the sole goal of assisting parents, single or in couples, in improving their parenting skills and the care of their children.
This goal is to reduce unnecessary and unlawful child removals and, hence, uneccesary family anihilations and to ensure, above all else, that children, unless absolutely necessary for the child's or children's true, well-being are rarely separated from their families without the possibility of reunification.

A big challenge, but definitely possible and within reality. America needs this.
